PhotoNursing is a prominent profession within the healthcare sector that focuses on the care of individuals, families, and communities as a whole. The primary purpose of nursing is to give the best healthcare possible, under the circumstances, to allow patients to maintain or recover optimal health.

In 2004, I graduated from Guru Nanak College of Nursing Dhahan Kalran, Nawansher. Thereafter, I completed my master’s degree from Maharishi Markendeshwer University Mullana, Ambala, in 2010. I also have a master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Vinayaka Mission University Salam Tamilnadu. With over 7 years of experience, my clinical specialty is in child health nursing. However, I have also handled administration duties and I have served as a SNA “Student Nurses association” advisor.

I joined the Royal Institute of Nursing, Jaito Sarja, as the Head of the Pediatric Department in August of 2010. As a part of being the Head of Pediatrics, I provide assistance in planning the development and maintenance of the department’s curriculum. Furthermore, I work together with clinical instructors and laboratory technical staff to assure all scheduled laboratory experiences meet academic requirements. In addition to counseling students in regards to their attendance, academic progress, and professional and behavioral development, I assist in maintaining general college discipline, integrity, and the professional image of students. I also regularly conduct and attend various workshops and panel discussions to stay current with nursing developments.

I am extremely happy and honored to be a part of the close-knit family at the Royal Institute of Nursing. Together, we aim to improve the quality of nursing services in a manner that is evidenced by our students, who are equipped with the knowledge and clinical experience to be effective in the healthcare sector as soon as they graduate.
