It’s my experience and personal belief that the nursing profession is the noblest of all professions, offering a highly rewarding career. Today, nurses are in immense demand nationally and globally. Established in 2007, Royal Institute of Nursing (RIN) aims to train dedicated and knowledgeable nurses, capable of contributing towards the development of emerging health care systems in public and private health care organizations, along with community services.
Afterjoining the nursing profession in 2004, I completed my Post-Graduation in Obstetrics & Gynecological nursing in 2012from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Faridkot. I have over three years of work experience, consisting of clinical and teaching experience. My greatest opportunity came when I was offered the position of Head of Department (HOD) of Obstetrics & Gynecology (OGB) at Royal Institute of Nursing. Without hesitation I accepted the job. At RIN, I have had the great pleasure to enhance my competencies in the field of nursing, while collaborating with my colleagues in OBG and other departments. I am proud and honored to be a member of RIN and to serve as HOD of OBG at this prestigious institution. I look forward to new developments in the field of nursing, while continuing to equip future nurses at RIN with the tools and knowledge necessary to be the best health care providers they can be.
