Independence Day was celebrated at Royal Institute of Nursing, Jaito Sarja. Director S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa performed the ceremony of flag hoisting. All the faculty members were present on that day. Principal Mrs. Rintu Chaturvedi delivered a speech reminding all present there, about the importance of Independence Day. All the staff members of RIN paid their tribute to the noted and unnoted freedom fighters at function. The students also paid their tribute to the freedom fighters by singing patriotic songs. After that the students along with all the faculty members sang National Anthem. Addressing the gathering, the Director of RIN gave a call to the youth not to be self centered, but to rise for the country to be united in the development of the country.
