A farewell party was organized by Royal Institute of Nursing, Jaito Sarja for the outgoing batches of GNM, ANM, and P.B. B.Sc. (N) on 14th of June. Function was started by a welcome speech given by a student of GNM. Chief Guest in this event was Dr. Sukhdeep Singh.
First of all Director of RIN Mr. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa along with principal Mrs. Rintu Chaturvedi, Vice Principal Ms. Rajwant kaur , Ramandeep Kaur, HOD CHN, and Ms. Sharanjeet Kaur, HOD OBG has done the lamp lightening ceremony. Later on principal Mrs. Rintu Chaturvedi delivered a welcome cum farewell speech. After that cultural events were started, like modeling, group dance, songs, choreography and many other performances.
On the basis of modeling round Mr. Manbir Singh and Ms. Gurkiran Kaur were selected as Mr. &Ms farewell and Mr. Sukhbir Singh and Ms. Jaskiran Kaur were selected as Mr. & Ms. Eve simultaneously.
There after function came to an end with the speech of director of RIN. At the end of the function students of GNM perform cultural dance i.e Bhangra. Overall it was a event of mixed feelings.
